  • Admin Assistant: As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, organizing meetings, and providing support to our team members. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in office software and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
  • Accounts Assistant: Join our finance team as an Accounts Assistant and contribute to the financial management of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with financial record-keeping, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and providing support during audits. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fundraising Assistant: As a Fundraising Assistant, you will help us raise vital funds to support our programs and initiatives. Your role will involve assisting with fundraising campaigns, managing donor databases, organizing events, and cultivating relationships with supporters. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in fundraising or sales, along with a passion for our cause, will be highly valued.
